Scope and responsible

Form data

Temporary throttling keys expire automatically. The queries and responses are kept during the attention of the matter and, later, for the time necessary to address applicable legal responsibilities and obligations. The person responsible must limit access and eliminate or anonymize information that is no longer necessary.

Suppliers and recipients

Hosting infrastructure, mail service and support services can intervene as providers. The sale of the form data for the mere use of the site is not authorized. Communications to authorities will be made when there is a legal obligation or valid requirement.

International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the legal space of origin, the controller must determine the required guarantees, including, where appropriate, an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. It is not assumed that all suppliers operate in the same country.
