What are cookies
Cookies and equivalent technologies allow you to store or retrieve information from a device. They may be used for essential functions, preferences, measurement or advertising. Its purpose and provider determine the information and consent obligations.
Configuration included in the theme
The theme does not load Google AdSense, business analytics or external videos by default. The simulator works in the browser without sending its controls to third parties. The form uses nonces of WordPress and a time limit on the server; You do not need your own advertising cookie to send the query.
WordPress and sessions
WordPress and installed extensions may use cookies for authentication, sessions, comments or other functions. Administration cookies should not be confused with advertising tracking identifiers. The effective configuration depends on the components enabled by the administrator.
Google AdSense
When the controller activates AdSense, Google and its suppliers may use cookies, local storage or other identifiers to serve ads, limit frequency, measure interactions and, where there is a legal basis, personalize advertising. Google’s active vendors and policies should be consulted before integrating their tags.
Banner networks and space sales
A static banner served from the website itself can work without tracking. Banners from external networks, pixels, affiliate redirects and measurement tools may access the device or process data. The sale of a space does not eliminate the obligation to inform its suppliers or limit monitoring to the consent obtained.
Consent and withdrawal
Non-essential advertising or measurement assets must remain blocked until required consent is obtained. Rejecting must be an accessible option and must not be equivalent to accepting. The withdrawal should allow the preferences to be modified and avoid new loads of the rejected resources.
Implementation of consent management
The controller must maintain an inventory of cookies and vendors obtained from the actual installation and configure a consent platform compatible with its networks. The theme is not a substitute for a certified CMP when the network or region requires it. Third party advertising should not be activated solely in reliance on the publication of this policy.
Duration and inventory
The exact duration, DOM duration, purpose and own or third-party nature of each identifier must be published in the cookie settings of the active installation. No cookie names or terms are attributed to services that are not enabled in the included distribution.
Control from the browser
You can delete cookies and restrict storage in your browser preferences. Blocking essential resources may limit some functions. Deleting cookies from the browser does not by itself delete information that has already been sent to a third party.
