These conditions regulate access to project resources and the framework for contracting associated services. The download of the software does not constitute a purchase, subscription or authorization to charge.

Software license

The use, modification and redistribution of the code is governed by the license included in each package. The rights granted by GPL to a validly obtained copy do not disappear upon subsequent introduction of services or payment plans. Brands and support services may have their own conditions.

Payment services

Before contracting, an offer must be submitted that identifies the supplier, total price, taxes, scope, duration, requirements, use limits and payment method. Requesting information or clicking on a consultation link is not equivalent to accepting a contract.

Growth objective

The project uses a target of 100,000 complete download responses counted by this site. This measure does not accredit installations or unique users. When the goal is reached, the interface displays information to consult plans and memberships; no new charges, renewals or restrictions are triggered on copies already distributed.

Plans and memberships

The Professional, Agency and Membership proposals allow you to request information about support, service licenses and continued access. Its availability and economic conditions must be confirmed by an express offer. There is no implicit price for viewing these options.

Acceptance and payment

A procurement requires affirmative action on an identifiable offer. The client must receive confirmation and, where applicable, receipt or invoice. No card details should be sent through the general support form.

Delivery and compatibility

The requirements of the installed version are indicated in its documentation. The customer must check the compatibility of their hosting and maintain separate copies of the database. Updates and file rollback are not a substitute for a complete recovery plan.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

The imperative rights that correspond to the consumer are respected. Any exceptions regarding digital content or services require compliance with their legal requirements, including express consent where applicable. The conditions of an offer cannot exclude rights that are inalienable.

Renewals and changes

A renewable membership must clearly indicate its frequency, amount and cancellation procedure before being accepted. The changes do not apply retroactively to existing contracts without a valid basis and enforceable communications.

Affiliation and advertising

Participation in the affiliate program is governed by the official conditions of PLUGINFILES. The client is responsible for configuring ads and consent in accordance with the networks’ policies and the obligations applicable to their own website.

Support and disputes

Queries and complaints are channeled through official support. The law and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the contract and the applicable mandatory rules, preserving the rights of the consumer.
